As part of the ambulance service, Company may collect all details relating to the patient, including the customer or patient’s health condition, emergency notes, allergies, medical history and destination hospital.
1.3Location Information
In order to provide timely ambulance dispatch, Surokkha company may collect and share location-based information of both the customer, patient or user and to the ambulance driver.
1.4Payment Information
When making or receiving payment with the Company in exchange for any service, the Company may collect payment-related details such as transaction ID, billing information or financial account details through a secure gateway.
1.5Non-Personal Information
Surokkha Company may collect technical usage information: including browser type, mobile device identifiers, app performance logs and cookies of the customer, patient or visitor.
Purpose of Data Collection and Use
2.1Primary Purpose
- To provide emergency and non-emergency ambulance service on time.
- Company use this data to ensure prompt communication with the patient or customer and also to assist in providing any updates related to the booking.
- To safely transfer a patient to the hospital or clinic.
- To process any service payment and other issues of receipt.
2.2Secondary Purposes
- Enhancing the operational efficiency, technology and response time of the Company.
- For audits, training and internal reviews.
- For law enforcement purposes/we may share such information with third parties (including governmental agencies) if we believe it is necessary to do so in order to satisfy applicable law or other rights, court orders, or to cooperate with government requests.
- To avoid the occurrence of any fraud, unauthorized use or misuse of Service.
Data Retention Policy
3.1Duration
Surokkha Company shall only keep personal and medical information of its customer or patients for as long as necessary to provide the Service or in accordance with any law.
3.2Deletion
Upon written request, customer or patient personal information will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes.

4.1Authorized Disclosure
Surokkha Company may share customer or patient information with the area which is given below:
- With an ambulance drivers, paramedics, and medical personnel directly involved in providing patient service.
- With hospitals, clinics, or healthcare professionals for patients treatment purposes.
- With IT service providers, payment gateways, or logistics partners to provide proper services.
- Law enforcement agencies or government agencies when a subject matter depends on a legal situation.
4.2Restrictions
The Company will not sell, rent, or trade personal information for marketing or commercial purposes.

5.1Security Measures
The Company may take technical, operational, and physical measures to ensure the protection of customer, patient, or visitor data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
5.2Password Protection
The password for the customer, patient, or visitor account on the Company’s online platform is confidential. No other employee other than the Company’s designated person will have access to it. The Company will be solely responsible for securing the customer, patient, or visitor account credentials.
5.3Limited Access
The Company may only share customer, patient, or visitor data with authorized employees and partners on a strictly need-to-know basis.
5.4Exceptions
The Company shall not be liable for any breach or disclosure arising from third parties, hacking, system crashes, poor internet connections, or any event beyond the Company’s control.
User Rights
6.1Right of Access
The Company may request details of the personal data held by the Company about the Customer, Patient or User, which the Company shall provide from time to time.
6.2Right of Rectification
The Company may, from time to time and depending on the circumstances, correct or update any inaccurate information about them.
6.3Right to Erasure
Surokkha Company’s client may request the deletion of their personal data subject to their legal or operational requirements.
6.4Right to Withdraw Consent
Surokkha Company’s client may withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data at any time.
Age under 18 / Children and Minors Safety
The Company’s services are not intended for minors under the age of 18 without parental consent. Parents/guardians are encouraged to supervise and prevent the disclosure of children's personal information.
International Data Transfer
8.1Storage and Processing
Company may be stored, processed or transferred to locations data of User where the Company or its employees or partners can operate.
8.2Consent
To get secure service, the User consents to such cross-border data transfers in accordance with applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be legally liable for the following:
- Unauthorized disclosure due to the User's negligence in use.
- Security breaches caused by third-party service providers outside the Company's contractual control.
- To a force majeure event, including natural disasters, government action, cyber-attacks, or communication failures.
Indemnification
In the event of any claim, loss or liability arising out of or in connection with any incident arising out of the User's unauthorized disclosure or misuse of information, the User agrees to hold the Company or the Company's employees, associates and partners harmless from all claims, losses or liabilities arising out of or in connection with such incident.
Amendments to the Policy
11.1Updates
The Company reserves the right to revise this Policy from time to time as necessary. Any changes or amendments to this policy will be available on the company's website or communicated to everyone via email/app notification.
11.2Acceptance
Even after any changes or amendments to this policy, if a user continues to use the company's services in accordance with the new policy, it will be considered as acceptance of the revised policy.
Consent
By accessing or using the Company’s services, the User acknowledges that the User has read, understood, and consents to all matters relating to the collection, processing, and disclosure of information described in this Policy, without any inducement from any third party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the decision of the courts located in the jurisdiction of the jurisdiction.
