How booking works
Four steps from request to handover — no account, no prepayment.
- 1
Fill the form
Ambulance type, pick up point, destination and a reachable number. It takes under a minute.
- 2
We call to confirm
Dispatch calls you back, checks the patient's condition and confirms the fare before the ambulance leaves.
- 3
Ambulance is assigned
The nearest available unit is assigned and you get the driver's number to follow the pickup.
- 4
Handover at destination
Our crew supports the patient until handover at the receiving hospital or address.
Keep this ready before you call
Having these on hand shortens the confirmation call and gets the ambulance moving sooner.
- Exact pick up address with a landmark, plus a floor or ward number
- The patient's current condition — conscious, breathing, on oxygen, on a ventilator
- Destination hospital name, or tell us if you still need a referral suggestion
- A phone number that stays reachable until the ambulance arrives
- Any equipment the patient already depends on (oxygen, ventilator, incubator)

Booking questions, answered
How long does it take for the ambulance to arrive?
Inside Dhaka a unit typically reaches you in 15–30 minutes depending on traffic and the pickup area. Outside Dhaka it depends on the nearest available ambulance, and our dispatch team gives you a realistic time on the confirmation call rather than a guess.
Can I book an ambulance in advance?
Yes. Set the departing date and time in the form and we reserve a unit for that slot — useful for planned discharges, dialysis, chemotherapy trips and scheduled inter-hospital transfers.
How much does an ambulance cost?
The fare depends on the ambulance type, the distance and whether it is a single or round trip. We confirm the exact amount on the phone before the ambulance leaves, so you always know the cost in advance.
Which ambulance type should I choose?
Pick the closest match to the patient's condition — ICU or ACLS for critical and ventilator-dependent patients, CCU for cardiac cases, NICU or PICU for newborns and children, ALS or BLS for stable transfers, AC for comfortable long-distance travel, and freezing for transport of the deceased. If you are unsure, choose anything and our team will correct it on the call.
Do you travel outside Dhaka?
Yes. We cover every district in Bangladesh, including long-distance district-to-Dhaka referrals and return journeys. For international transfer or evacuation we arrange air ambulance with medical escort and ground ambulance at both ends.
Can a family member travel with the patient?
In most units one attendant can travel with the patient. Mention it on the confirmation call so the crew keeps a seat free — space is tighter in ICU and NICU configurations.
